Order Processing: Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day, while anything received after 12pm is shipped the very next business day, or often-times the same-day, too!

Shipping Rates: One flat rate: $10 delivery, anywhere in Australia.

Shipping Locations: Our platters are travelling Australia-wide. International shipping is in the works.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Customs & Duties: International orders may incur customs fees or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. 

Address Accuracy: Please provide correct shipping details. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect information.
